Our doors are open to anyone concerned with their hearing! We offer diagnostic services for adults and children as well as rehabilitative services for adults, which including fitting of 100% digital hearing aids, assistive listening devices as well as tinnitus management.

Subsidized services are available for age pensioners, disability allowance holders, DVA veterans, and clients of CSR Australia referred by a case manager.

We offer a number of tailored programs aimed at ongoing support of the hearing health of the local retirement communities. We work in conjunction with numerous local doctors, Ear, Nose and Throat specialists as well as retirement facilities to bring our service to those in need.

Alex is an experienced clinical audiologist with special interests in the areas of adult and paediatric diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology. Alex holds a Masters degree in Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne and is a Full Practicing Member of the Audiological Society of Australia. He is also a qualified and experienced Speech Pathologist

Danielle Williamson

Senior Clinical Audiologist

B.Sc.(Hons). Dip.Aud M.Aud.S.A.(CCP)

Danielle is a senior audiologist with keen interest in hearing rehabilitation and hearing conservation. She is a knowledgeable and experienced clinician. She is dedicated to promoting awareness, early diagnosis and timely hearing rehabilitation. Danielle is a University of Melbourne graduate and is a Full and Practicing Member of the Audiological Society of Australia.

The Outer Ear consists of the pinna, the ear canal and the eardrum. The eardrum or tympanic membrane is the boundary between the outer and middle ears
